Due to the global health alert caused by COVID-19, at elebia we have put in place some extraordinary measures. These measures will allow both our employees and our clients to maintain our ordinary activity.

Our team is fully prepared to provide you with our usual service. In order to ensure the health of our employees and their respective families, large part of our team will be working remotely, but with the usual level of service and response times.

Following the recommendations of national & local health authorities, all customer and client visits, scheduled demos, trainings, etc., will be postponed until further notice in order to ensure the well-being of all our clients & customers.

Our call-center guarantees the continuity of our telephone service with total normality and absolute guarantee.

We have put in place means to minimize any possible delays in the expedition and receipt of materials, and every effort will be made to avoid delays in deliveries; Although when carried out with external transport agencies, logistics is conditioned to the activity of these companies and the guidelines that are set by the national and local authorities.
