With safety always in mind, the new evo2 Bumpers with LEDs which protect the lifting hooks for cranes from impacts now also carry a LED status indicator, which shows the lifting hook’s status at all times with a high-brightness 4 colour-code scheme visible from the operator’s position.

Green: Lifting Hook is Open / Release Load
Red: Intermediate: Do Not Lift!
Blue: Lifting Hook is Closed / Lift & Manoeuvre Load
White: Low Battery

Designed to protect the evo2 automatic crane hook from all sort of impacts, scratches and day-to-day wear.

Built from flexible polyurethane resin (PUR) with 90 shore A hardness, rigid and durable enough to absorb multiple and heavy impacts.

These new bumpers for the evo2 crane hook can withstand temperature ranges of -20ºC to 90ºC / -4ºF to 194ºF

Reinforced battery cover.

The evo2 Bumper with LEDs carries a slot for LEDs installation. The High-Brightness LED status indicator is an additional safety measure which shows the lifting hook’s status at all times with a bright 4 colour-code scheme visible from the operator’s position.

These new evo2 bumpers are valid only for the evo2 automatic crane hook, and is NOT recommended for hooks with counterbalance.
