Elebia presents “The Cube”, its Demo Station

Elebia attended the fair CeMAT Hannover showing their automatic hooks. It is a global fair leader that enjoys high reputation in the industry sector and intralogistic. It is an excellent showcase for the world leaders and innovations within the sector.

This time, Elebia present the demo station. It is an aluminium structure with 3 cubic meters. We have called “the cube“. Thanks to the demo station, visitors can take control and test the automatic hook, just as they would do with the controls of a crane.

How it works?

One of the great advantages of “the cube” is the simplicity in handling. The user controls the 3 motors (X, Y, Z) by joysticks. So you can get move the hook to any point within the structure. On the floor of the cube, the user finds weights with different types of hitch. This way, you can test different situations in lifting operations. The Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) has participated in the designing it.
